CARBONDALE, Colorado -- Solar Energy International (SEI) is putting the international in its moniker, and making history at the same time. In partnership with PTL Solar Academy, Dubai's first established renewable energy training institute, and The British University in Dubai (BUiD), SEI is onsite in the United Arab Emirates providing the first hands-on introductory solar training of its kind in the emirate through Feb. 9.
