Most everyone in the solar industry knows that grid-based residential and commercial systems make up the predominance of where the market is these days. Every year, since 1991, Solar Energy International trains thousands of students for a grid-based PV system paradigm. With that said, if you want to be at the top of your game in the solar industry, you should be versed in all types of PV systems to include battery-based designs. Additionally, to consider yourself a solar professional, we recommend knowing how to talk with customers about these systems at the financial level and having a working knowledge of how the economics and technical sales aspects of the solar industry work in addition to how the systems are installed.

Solar Energy International is one of the only training providers in the solar training industry to offer full 60-hour training courses online in both battery-based systems and business, in addition to our full training catalog of grid-based PV systems. If you've ever taken SEI's PVOL101: Solar Electric Design and Installation online course or PVOL202: Advanced PV Systems Design and the NEC, you know the instructional support and engaging learning opportunities in SEI's Online Campus is a great way to receive your solar training in a flexible-yet-rigorous training experience.

PVOL203: Battery-Based Photovoltaic Systems and PVOL206: Solar Business and Technical Sales were developed with the same online course design and have the same instructional support as the other PV courses to ensure a common learning experience as you move from one SEI online course to the next.

Our instructionSolar Energy International's PV206 online solar business and technical sales courseal designers and online instructors take pride in our rigorous approach to solar training to help ensure our students are truly prepared for the industry. Hence the 60 hours of training for both PVOL203 and PVOL206 to match the other grid-based PV training hours you receive in our other online courses.

If you are ready to take that next step in your solar career, if you need continuing education hours to maintain your North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certification, or if you want to expand your business into battery-based technologies and increase sales, register for PVOL203: Battery Based Photovoltaic Systems and PVOL206: Solar Business and Technical Sales starting online March 12:
