Solar Training: Online or In-person?

I routinely speak to potential Solar Energy International workshop participants who ask this question. The answer is more objective than not, as both options have their particular advantages. Solar Training Heads South to the Home of the Razorbacks in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Solar Energy International is bringing solar training to the south.

From March 14-18, Solar Energy International hosts a five-day, in-person solar training workshop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, is known as the Track Capital of the World. For five days in March, Fayetteville will be a capital of solar training, with SEI's highly popular PV101 workshop.

Solar Energy International saddened by news of solar advocate Rep. Gabrielle Giffords

The Solar Energy International staff is saddened by the news of Jan. 8's horrific tragedy in Tucson, Ariz. The mass shooting killed six, including Arizona chief federal judge John Roll, and injured 14, including U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, a spirited solar advocate and friend of Solar Energy International.

Solar Training at CoSEIA's Annual Solar Conference

On Feb. 11, Solar Energy International PV instructor Kris Sutton leads a one-day Photovoltaic System Installation Workshop - Intensive as part of CoSEIA's Annual Solar Conference, Colorado Solar Power taking place Feb. 9-11, 2011, in Loveland, Colo.
