Sundance Power Systems is a renewable energy installation and design company based out of Weaverville, NC. Sundance has been in the renewable energy business for 13 years. We install residential and commercial solar electric, solar thermal, wind, hydroelectric systems as well as hydronic heating systems.

We are currently seeking 2-3 Field Technicians. Technicians install and service solar hot water, solar electric, wind, hydroelectric and radiant floor heating systems. Technicians typically install systems with the supervision of a Forman or Project Manager for 18 – 24 months before potentially moving into a managerial role in the field, ie. We are looking for people who want to make long term commitments working in the RE field. Disposable labor isn’t an option for us in the hiring process.
