Laura Walters

Laura Walters helps coordinate and update the curriculum for SEI's internationally recognized PV training program, which includes creating the technical diagrams, working on SEI's PV textbook series, and helping develop the exercises, quizzes and Power Point presentations.

She has a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on renewable energy and climate change from Dickinson College. She started the college's sustainability program, which is now being emulated across the country, by running a successful campaign and drafting the text to elevate sustainability to be one of the defining characteristics in the College's strategic plan.

Laura came to SEI as an intern in 2006 and was hired at the completion of her internship. At SEI, she has taught Native American trainings, Solar in the Schools installations, PV online courses and PV Lab Week courses. She is an IREC ISPQ Certified  Affiliated Instructor/PV US-0089.
