Course ID: WP102Status: Full

Details:

Category: Wind Training

Course Description: This workshop will guide participants through the process of building a small wind turbine from scratch. Brief sessions each day on wind generator theory will be followed by shop sessions. The workshop group will construct one to three working wind generators. Approximately three-quarters of this workshop will be hands-on construction of wind turbines.

Participants will gain hands-on experience carving wooden blades, winding coils, wiring, and fabricating a complete wind turbine.
