: Codes and Standards in the Field: PV System Commissioning and O&M

(November 5th 9am-1pm MT)

Many solar companies use checklists when commissioning sites or performing O&M. But do you know where those items come from? Learn about the codes and standards behind the checklists, including relevant documents from ANSI/NETA, ASTM, NFPA, and IEC among others. These standards cover a broad range of installed equipment and field-executed tasks, both solar-specific and in regard to general electrical components. Following accepted standards provides clear guidance on expectations for testing and documentation, and results in systems that are safer and perform better, for longer.
