Taylor hails from NC,USA where he has split his time on earth thus far between Boone and RDU. Began in the solar industry in 2014 as a rooftop installer after graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in “Appropriate Technology” and Sustainable Development. From there, Taylor got into testing and commissioning of utility scale generation plants all over the U.S.
Taylor holds a NABCEP installer certification as well as Thermography, various Medium Voltage Testing and Substation Technician certificates. He’s also taken just about every class SEI has to offer!
Taylor currently directs the Commissioning Department at Strata Clean Energy working on large scale PV and BESS projects ranging in size from 5MW to 250MW.
