The Executive Director of Colorado Clean Energy Fund (CCEF), Paul Scharfenberger is responsible for developing and overseeing CCEF’s strategic plan and day-to-day tactical operations. Paul combines a unique and extensive background in traditional finance, operations management, and energy management that spans more than 20 years. Paul began his career in investment banking before consciously transitioning to the energy field where he was able to combine his financial acumen with his passion for energy management and sustainability.

Tracy Phillips

As the Director of the CO C-PACE Program, Tracy Phillips works to help promote energy efficiency and smart design – and get these projects financed! C-PACE provides businesses with an opportunity to modernize the building infrastructure and save money on energy costs. Tracy is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Manager, and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, with over 24 years of experience as an energy consultant. Tracy promotes market transformation and works toward a more sustainable built environment.
