“After working in another construction-related field for over 20 years I entered the solar installation business and quickly realized I needed tons of training. Eventually, after earning 4 Professional Certificates (including Solar Professionals Trainer) and completing two lab weeks in Paonia, by June 2013 I achieved my goal of becoming NABCEP PV Technical Sales Certified and began searching for my dream job – working for a reputable US PV equipment manufacturer as a Technical Trainer.
