The Stepping up to Commercial PV webinar is instructored by Jeff Spies, President of SolarSpies and North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Secretary. Jeff has crafted his training after working with thousands of solar dealer companies and carefully observing what skills, tools, and resources have made the successful businesses survive, and what pitfalls exist that often cause solar business failure.

Guest panelists include groSolar Technical Support representative Kyle Toll. Kyle has worked in commercial project management and system design for the largest installation company in the US prior to his current role with groSolar. In his current capacity, Kyle helps guide hundreds of dealers in their system design and installation for residential, small commercial, and medium size commercial projects. Kyle is joined by Lee Feliciano, an experienced solar power developer, having worked in the sales, marketing and installation of solar electric systems for years. He was the founder of SolEquity, Inc., an Arizona-based solar power development company (which merged with CarbonFree in 2009) and was responsible for co-developing (with CarbonFree) the first commercial scale solar installations in Arizona that were enabled through a Solar Services Agreement (SSA).
