Hugh Piggott of Scoraig Wind Electric is an international authority on home-built wind generators, and has been working with small wind turbines since 1977. He has designed, built and sold small wind turbines in sizes from 3 to 15 feet in diameter to customers all over the British Isles. He has designed small wind turbines for companies and individuals in Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, and Peru.
