Since 1991, SEI has been a leader in solar workforce training. 2024 marked exceptional progress, advancing technical excellence in education and workforce expansion initiatives. Key achievements included a Department of Energy-funded technician training program with Amicus O&M, Department of Defense SkillBridge approval for the Solar Ready Veterans program, and record-breaking support for our scholarship programs. Our successes are made possible by our partners and our community: As we look to 2025 and beyond, the need for SEI’s work has never been greater. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or new to our mission, the time to act is now.
